About Nin9 Tails

Nin9 Tails is a popular pet grooming salon that provides complete grooming services for all kinds of pets. We operate a full grooming salon offering pet grooming in Abu Dhabi, alongside mobile services that bring the same standard of care directly to homes across the region.

City	Service Type
Abu Dhabi	Salon + Mobile
Dubai	Mobile Only
Al Ain	Mobile Only

Our Mission

Make professional pet grooming accessible to every pet owner, whether in-salon or at home
Keep every session comfortable, never rushed just to fit a schedule
Reduce stress for the animal first, treating that as the actual measure of a good groom
Stay consistent, whether it's a salon visit in Abu Dhabi or a mobile session in Dubai or Al Ain

What We Offer

Abu Dhabi

A full-service salon, plus our pet grooming van in Abu Dhabi for at-home appointments across the emirate

Dubai

A dedicated service for mobile pet grooming in Dubai, with every session delivered at the client's home

Al Ain

Mobile-only service, offering pet grooming in Al Ain, bringing the same care to pet owners across the city

Services We Provide

Full dog, cat, rabbit, and bird grooming, including bathing, trims, nail care, and de-matting
Species-specific care like scent gland cleaning for rabbits and beak or wing care for birds
Flea and tick treatment, ear and eye cleaning, and coat conditioning
Both in-salon appointments in Abu Dhabi and mobile visits across all three cities

Our Groomers

Trained specifically by species, not just general pet handling, since a rabbit, a bird, a cat, and a dog all need different skills
Experienced with nervous, reactive, or first-time pets, not just calm, easy sessions
Equipped to identify early signs of skin, coat, or behavioral issues during a routine visit
Comfortable adjusting pace and technique mid-session, rather than following a fixed routine regardless of the animal's reaction

Our Values

Patience Over Speed - Sessions are paced around the animal, not a fixed time slot
Training By Species - Groomers are trained specifically for the animals they handle, not general pet care alone
Transparency - Clear pricing and honest communication with every client, every visit
Consistency - The same standard of care applies whether a client visits our salon or we arrive at their home

Hygiene & Safety Standards

Tools and equipment sanitized between every single appointment
Products chosen specifically for sensitive skin, allergy-prone pets, and different coat types
Mobile vans equipped with proper water supply and secure, restraint-friendly setups
Regular vehicle checks to avoid mid-session equipment issues

Where We're Based

Our salon is located in Abu Dhabi, where we’ve built our reputation on hands-on, in-person care. As demand grew, we extended our services to Dubai and Al Ain through fully mobile teams, allowing us to reach pet owners in those cities without operating a physical salon there.
